    Ryan joined Acadian in 2007 and is Director of Quantitative Global Macro Research where he leads Acadian’s top-down research efforts, working closely with Acadian’s bottom-up research team. Before joining Acadian, he was a financial economist at the Bank for International Settlements in Switzerland, and prior to that, did consulting work at Financial Crossing, Charles Schwab & Co., and Barclays Global Investors. Ryan also previously conducted research analysis at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Education: B.A., Economics and Mathematics, Vassar College; Ph.D., Finance, University of California at Berkeley.
