Alexandre Voitenok

Alex joined Acadian in 2012 and is the firm’s Deputy Chief Investment Officer in addition to his responsibilities leading the Implementation team with oversight of all portfolio construction, trading, and investment data activities. Alex joined the Executive Committee in 2019 and the Executive Management Team in 2024. Previously, Alex served as the firm’s Director of Long/Short equity strategies. Earlier in his career, he was a senior portfolio manager at Gartmore Investment Management in London and Boston, where he focused on long/short funds while co-managing a global active book of business of $3 billion. Alex obtained his M.Sc. in software engineering from the Minsk Radio Engineering Institute.
