Michael Brewer

Mike joined Acadian in 2022 as a Human Resources Business Partner. He was subsequently appointed to the Executive Committee and assumed the role of Global Director of Human Resources in 2023. Prior to joining Acadian, Mike was responsible for talent and organizational development at Continental Grain Company, an investment holding company in the food and agribusiness sectors. He previously worked at Bridgewater Associates, where he focused on the firm’s recruitment efforts. Michael earned his B.A. in Government from Harvard University, and he completed the Driving Leadership Potential Program at IESE Business School.
